  • Have an intake of sports drink or Gatorade to replace the electrolytes that are lost during vomiting.
  • Eat light foods.  Consume dry crackers which can also help in alleviating nausea.  You can also eat Jell-O.  This is a soft diet which can help your stomach digest food easily.
  • A home remedy which is reliable on how to treat queasy stomach is the ginger ale.  This is known to calm nausea linked to having a bubbling stomach.
  • More on the home remedies, a teaspoon of baking soda mixed in a glass of water can help calm your stomach and relieve the gas.
  • Go to the toilet and eliminate your system by emptying your bowel movement.  The waste on your stomach may also be the cause of why you have a queasy stomach.
  • Rest and relax, but try not to lie down immediately after eating. Oftentimes, resting can help a lot in eliminating the unsettling feeling.
  • Much fluid is essential during this condition.  The sufferer may also drink cola as this is believed to help in relieving the problem.

Those are some of the helpful tips that we can give you on how to treat queasy stomach.  However, if the symptoms persist and you feel that the natural ways can’t help you address the situation, it would be best advice to talk it out with your doctor for treatment regarding your bubbling stomach.
