Asparagus is one of the few vegetables that my mother likes to cook. I personally love roasted asparagus drizzle with olive oil and a light sprinkle of kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper. That is also my favorite vegetable, what i like is to drizzle it with olive oil and vinegar. my wife also always wants to cook cream of asparagus soup.

When buying, choose the thinnest asparagus and then break it where it naturally break. Rinse it and steam for about 10 minutes. Serve with Hollandaise Sause… That’s all,
